• How do alerts work?

  Alerts are a Premium feature. You define a keyword pattern (exact match or regex) and select which subreddits to monitor. When a new post matches your pattern, Keytoad sends you a real-time notification via the browser and the in-app alerts feed.

• Is Keytoad affiliated with Reddit?

• How do I upgrade to Premium?

• Can I cancel anytime?

  Yes. Premium is managed through Patreon with no long-term commitment. You can cancel your Patreon membership at any time, and your account will revert to the free tier at the end of the current billing period.

• What happens to my data if I downgrade?

  When Premium ends, content that exceeds free-tier limits (extra subreddits, keywords) becomes inaccessible but is archived. If you re-subscribe, your archived data is automatically restored.
